So, I have decided to take the plunge and follow my sister's footsteps... blogging. My life has been in mass chaos for a few months now and rather than do something irrational, I have turned to blogging. Seems so 2009 of me, I just now upgraded from a Nokia cell phone the size of an old 35mm camera and got a high-tech Blackberry, I am moving up in this world of technology! I have to admit, the moment I turned the power on of my new husband.. I was hooked. Can't leave home without out, always checking and responding to e-mails, etc.
So, the annual Super Bowl party is quickly approaching...hours away. What will happen this year? Lets see, one year there was a margarita machine missing one key ingredient, tequila. I probably had 17 margaritas, begging and pleading to get annihilated and it would not happen. Probably consumed somewhere in the neighborhood of 4,000 calories for nothing, nada, zip. The worst Super Bowl to date would have to be the one where my mom's redneck, fat as a sumo wrestler, loud mouth friend attended. The backwoods type, the type that would most probably consent to sex with a first cousin just so she could tell everyone about it. You know the type, anyways, I was dating a Hispanic guy who was extremely cultured and open minded. She decided to practically jump on top of the couches waving and flailing her stumps of arms screaming Nigger about every 3 minutes of the entire game. I was mortified. Hopefully things will be better this year... we shall see.
